Tickets are valid only for the scheduled date and time printed and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets and or Boarding Passes presented by any person other than the name printed will be considered nulled and or voided.
Child: Passengers between the ages of 2 and 11 may travel at the discounted rate when traveling with an adult of 18 years or older. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined. Any passenger under the age of 18 traveling alone will need to be accompanied by a paying passenger of 18 years or older. Failure to comply will render ticket null and void. A limit of one child who has not reached their 2nd birthday will be transported for free as long as the said child is lap-bound and is not entitled to a seat; furthermore, should the desire and or need to transport the said child in a car seat, the child will be upgraded to the child discounted rate.
Adult: Passengers ages 11 to 64 may travel at the adult rate. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined.
Seniors: Passengers ages 65 and up may travel at the discounted rate. Passenger must present a valid government issued I.D. at the time of purchase. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined.
All fares are quoted in U.S. Dollars; unless, otherwise noted.

Savannah Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by breakdowns, road conditions, weather or any conditions beyond the carrier’s control. Savannah Transportation is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such delay(s). Savannah Transportation does not assume any responsibility for any transportation over the road by any said Bus Carrier and or Carriers listed/printed on an itinerary, ticket(s), boarding pass(s) and or receipts other than responsibility imposed by law in respect to checked baggage. Savannah Transportation is not responsible for the acts and negligence committed by any interline and or connecting bus carries inside or outside U.S. International Borders.

Title VI Discrimination Complaints
With the exception of accommodations for the disabled and elderly passengers, seating is on a first come/first served basis and is without regard to race, color, creed, national origin or any other protected characteristic. Should you feel your rights may have been infringed by Savannah Coach Lines (hereinafter referred to as “Savannah16 Motor Coach Lines”) you may file a complaint by submitting a Title VI Complaint Form. Savannah investigates complaints received no more than 180 days after the alleged incident. Savannah will process complaints that are complete.
Properly completed complaint form will be reviewed by Savannah16 Motor Coach Lines to determine if our office has jurisdiction. A letter of acknowledgement will be sent informing the complainant whether the complaint will be investigated. Savannah16 Motor Coach Lines has 45 days to investigate the complaint. Should more information be needed, Savannah16 Motor Coach Lines may contact the complainant in writing as needed. The complainant has 15 days from the date of the letter to send requested information to Savannah16 Motor Coach Lines. Should in the event that Savannah16 Motor Coach Lines is not contacted or does not receive the information requested within 30 days, Savannah16 Motor Coach Lines can administratively close the case. A case can be administratively close upon the complainant’s request.
After Savannah16 Motor Coach Lines reviews the complaint, one of two letters will be issued to the complainant, Letter of Closure or a Letter of Finding (LOF) A letter of closure summarizes the allegations and states that there was not a Title VI violation and the case will be closed. A letter of finding summarizes the allegations regarding the alleged incident, and explains whether any disciplinary action, training of staff, or any other action will take place. Should complainant wish to appeal the decision, he/she has 30 days from the date of the letter or the LOF.
Complaint may also be filed at with the FTA Office of Civil Rights, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, and 1200 New Jersey Ave., S.E., Washington, D.C. 20590.
